AESCULUS OCTANDRA
Grower Notes:

The Yellow Buckeye, also known as the Sweet Buckeye or Big Buckeye, is the largest of the Buckeye Trees. This native reaches close to 60 feet at maturity! Yellowish-white flowers appear from April to June after the leaves appear. Flowers fade to fruit which are dark mahogany nuts encased in a leathery husk. Fall color is a warm orange.

The Yellow Buckeye has a long life span relative to most other plant species and is a moderate grower. It has been hybridized with Aesculus pavia and Aesculus glabra to bring the most interesting results!
